While Jim was showing me his back yard I noticed he had a small wall with many interesting holds on it. Jim made a few climbing holds out of wood. The one showing (Sept 2001) I was psyched to score since the majority of his holds were wood, but covered in Bondo. This one is completely wood and is crafted perfectly as a awesome technical hold.

The Bridwell Bondo covered holds are awesome! I think when Jim took down his wall he asked if I wanted his holds, otherwise he was going to throw them out. Jim was looking at the holds as still being useful, where I was looking at it as being major historic museum items. OMG ... hand crafted by Jim Bridwell! I asked him to sign each hold, and into the museum they went.
