My kids grew up and moved out of the house, then the cats moved in! OMG yes, now I am herding cats!!! I am not sure what amazing nature energy is flowing from me but like all of the cats in the neighborhood seem to visit my house in hope that they could become the next pet of the Karabin estate. Five of the seven cats that I presently take care of were born on the side of my house. Many other kittens were born in these stray litters, but I seem to always choose the kittens that are the runts and are most challenged right at birth.

Sasha is a Distorted Torti and was purchased from the Halo adoption center. My son James chose her and changed her birth name to Sasha. She is the house inspector. No matter what is brought into the house Sasha is into every bag, and every box, and under the covers and is just into everything!

Princess Leia is a Turkish Angora and was purchased from the Halo adoption center. My son Nicholas  chose her and he kept the name she was given at birth. Leia is the house protector and is full of continual drama!!! She is exquisite with catching birds and mice but I am not fond of her bringing her kills back into the house.

Treehouse Kitty was born on the side of my house and for the many years will live only outdoors and still hangs out in a treehouse that I built for my kids many years ago. She is a runt of the litter and remained tiny size. I love her beautiful blue eyes and she will let me pick her up every once and a while. Beautiful Siamese!

Scrapper Kitty lives in one of the yards nearby but arrives on time for its morning and evening meal. This cat is super friendly but continually remains on the move. Scrapper Kitty only wants to live outdoors and is a total survivalist. I am getting close to being able to pick her up.

A year ago a cat had a litter of three kittens on the side of my house where the two black cats were born. Then the female black cat had a kitten which is the little grey cat. I was able to trap the cats and have them fixed, but now they are enjoying my yard so much they have moved in permanently. So I call this the Angel family. I named 
them the Angel family since they came around when my prize kitten Lupine was hit by a car in the street in front of my house. God sent me three cats to replace Lupine. I am really enjoying the friendly and loving personalities the Angel family has. At the same time if anybody is looking for a great cat ............... female black cat and male black cat born July 2019, and Little Angel, grey female kitten born August 2020.
