USSR
From: Jordi Pons
The letters AC stand for "Армия Советская" (Armija Sovetskaya). Used in Russia to reference to its army.

- So as you labeled in your webpage is a USSR one, done originally for the army.
- Numbers on your piece "10-77" means month-year it was made (october - 1977).
- There were 4 different models of this maker, most poplular one was "Leningrad" model (with a hole in his head for a climbing carabiner)
