Jim Waugh
- climbing gear -

From Marty:
Back to the Koflach boots, what were you doing in Denali? Specific Route?
Anything to say about that adventure?
Ascent date?

From Jim:
Denali, West Buttress
2 people - 10 days (up and down).
Pretty uneventful. At summit some guy was using a satellite phone to call his wife in Anchorage.
 I lost 20 lbs.
The Mountain Masters gaitors I wore with the Koflach boots on Denali.

From Marty:
It is said that the Kinnaloa pad was the first produced where the earliest date I can find is 1995. But the Black Diamond Spot pad first shows up in the summer 1993 BD workbook for the 1994 season. Both of these crash pads you donated to the museum.
