Outdoor climbing wall - 12 years later in the AZ sun, and the plywood falls apart. "And I even paid for the more quality plywood." What was interesting was that after 8 years in the sun, the qty 1200 stainless steel Tnuts I installed started breaking in half and with no warning at all, I am flat on my back taking a grounder.... while still holding the climbing hold. Classic! After the 8th or so time this happened, the play time on the wall became less. So the SS tnuts "they" tell you are SS, are only zinc plated!! August 2024 I finally got some rain at my house!!! At the end of the storm a ten second super down draft centered on the wall which ripped some layers off of the wall, but didn't move the carpet squares at all! Nature rules!!
