The logo that looks sort of like upside-down Texas is for the Leningrad Experimental Shipyard of the VTSSPS (Ленинградская Экспериментальная Судоверфь ВЦСПС).
“ОТК” is the Russian abbreviation for "Отдел Технического Контроля" meaning “Technical Control Department.”
Here is the logo on the handle of on one of my ascenders ("ЛЭС" stands for for Ленинградская Экспериментальная Судоверфь, i.e. Leningrad Experimental Shipyard)
The shipyard logo is meant to be a cross-section of a ship, since they primarily produced sports yachts. I still think it looks more like upside-down Texas.
