At the end of March Teacher Paramahansa showed me a method which brings more peace into the self while sending loving Blessings to anybody that comes into the field of thought energy. It is simple and really fun and only takes a few minutes up to as long as you want. Get into a sitting position cross legged, or even just sitting in a chair. Place both hands palms facing upward on the knees and have the thumb and middle finger touching. This should be quite comfortable. Close your eyes, relax the heartbeat, concentrate on slowing your breathing, and avoid thinking about anything and allow yourself to become calm. I like to face the sun since when I have my eyes closed the inside of my eye lids range from the color of red through orange and into yellows, and the colors can be changed by simply tilting my head in a different position.
