Paragot AG
From: Stephane Pennequin
The Paragot AG, made by the French manufacturer Val d’Or, hit the market in 1979. Robert Paragot (1927-2019) was a French famous mountaineer. “AG” stands for “Antigliss”, an approximate English translation of the French two words “anti-glisse” which can roughly be translated in “anti-slip”.
