Tracie is my cousin whom at times we share spiritual information with each other. Tracie lives on the east side of the USA where I live on the West side of the USA. I want to share this recent text that Tracie and I had with each other, and then I will share more about Tracie’s and Marty’s relationship.

Tracie and I were sharing a few texts which led me to make this statement:

The Mind cannot discern between what is reality and what is Illusion. Everybody on earth creates their own reality.

The Mind cannot discern between what is reality and what is Illusion. Everybody on earth creates their own reality.
From Tracie to Marty:
In my contemplation Illusion is an individuals perception of reality. Reality is a truth that resonates within each individual. This is something that is felt and witnessed by the energy of the situation, not the circumstances. All circumstances are different but the energy flow in every circumstantial incident is the same, fear or love. A trained mind connects to this because the energy is felt in the body and detects our personal truths. It’s an innate wisdom, a gut feeling. The mastering of the self, the mind, is how self actualization shows up. We have been programmed from birth in fear.
To shift that to love one must have an understanding of this and when programming takes the steering wheel of our life. When can get still and go into the mind and identify that the program/demon/fear has slipped in again, we then have the opportunity to bring awareness and sort it out in the mind, bring it to the heart and when the 2 agree without a doubt, it shifts back to love. Applying this “technique" practicing, and the mind overtime changes the firing of our brain. It begins to fire in a different way and we become this way of being where we no longer have to think about it, we become it.
I’ve experienced this being still on my farm for 2 years until I got distracted from God and put all my attention on a relationship. I had obtained this state for a while until I wanted more and grow more instead of being present to what I was given. It was a great lesson. When Yashua said “The path and way is narrow,” it’s very very narrow. This world is a huge distraction and to be in it a lot requires diligence to “stay in”. Energy! It’s all energy! And logically speaking, just saying....everything comes from a thought and thoughts come from the mind. It’s up to us to sort it out with the guidance of Gods intention, Love.

When I received Tracie’s text and read it I almost fell out of my chair. Wow I commented, such amazing high level writing!! And now I am excited add Tracie to the Karabin Climbing Museum website.
