Stephanie Ruiz "Painting is something I have done all my life but it's not until my later years I realized how much of a gateway for freedom it can be. I can unapologetically express my raw nature without coloring inside the lines or fitting any outside criteria. I'm beyond blessed to have so many people in my life who have supported me in this inclination I have to create. I feel that it's not just for me anymore and that in itself has been a beautiful eye opener. I feel that we all have that kid inside of us that wants to dig for worms and study a leaf. It's hard to reach that part of us with the demands of society and social pressure."
