This is the first screw art piece I created named "Space Mosaic." For this piece I was still figuring out what my vision direction was going to be with this new screw art idea, and what colors the art pieces would allow me to use. So at first I was designing the piece to have a space ship with a asteroid, then the art piece took shape all by itself. Once the piece was completed with the screws and then given a final coat of black paint, then the colors were added to the screw heads using a single toothpick. Phillips screws on one inch plywood. 17 1/4" tall x 15" wide. Completed 7/2012. Approximately 2500 screws.

This is a smaller screw art piece named "Asteroids." I really like how simple this piece came out but yet still very colorful and interesting. 13" tall x 7" wide, phillips screws on one inch plywood. Completed 8/2012. Approximately 930 screws.

I didn't have a name for this piece so hmmmm, I will call it "Desert Forest." I was looking to create a piece that I could experiment using green paint with. The design came out simple but quite beautiful. Completed 9/2012.
8" tall x 12 1/2" wide, Phillips screws on one inch plywood. Approximately 1480 screws.
